Our family purchased a 4 seater Icon in November. All the employees we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We added a bunch of upgrades, the golf cart was delivered and everything was great. Two weeks after being delivered, our cart turn signals weren’t working, one phone call and Dalton was sent our way and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. The issue was a burnt out fuse, flash forward and our turn signals were out again. Another call to the shop and Dalton was sent out again. Turns out it was the rally this time and not the fuse. We have really appreciated the kindness and promptness in getting our issues resolved. Dalton is super efficient and communicated what the issues were and how the problems were being remedied. East Valley golf carts have shown us they care about their product that they sold us after the item was out the door. We are very happy with the product and service and will recommend to anyone who is wanting a golf cart.

My husband has wanted a golf cart for many years. East Valley Golf Carts went above and beyond to help me surprise my hubby for Christmas. John Schafer called and messaged me before arriving to ensure I had time to turn off the ring devices. We placed it into the garage and put metal Air Force decals on the golf cart. When my husband arrived home, I had the Bluetooth speaker on the golf cart playing his graduation Air Force song, "Thunderstruck," as he opened a box with a mysterious set of keys, the garage door opened revealing his gift. This 6 passenger golf cart has all the bells and whistles. My hubby loves driving it around the neighborhood, to the grocery store, quick trip, local restaurants, the community center, he goes everywhere with it! These guys are awesome and the golf carts they sell are great for recreational use! I had done a lot of research looking for the right Golf Cary for my family. Their prices are great which I thought meant quality would be lacking but the golf cart has met all my expectations.

Best place to get a golf cart hands down. Sean, his family, and the staff are awesome! There was no pushy sales moves only people helping us pick out what would be best for us. You're not going to find a better deal or higher quality cart anywhere else. Have them add a sound bar with the lights on whatever cart you get. Puts off great sound and the lights are great for night time rides. The battery holds a charge for quite awhile and doesn't take long to get it to 100%. They're easy to maintain and are endlessly fun! Thanks for everything Sean!
